AI strategy,
then the build.
You can see where AI should help. What you cannot get is a straight answer about what is real and what is hype, because almost everyone you ask is selling their own tool instead of telling you the truth. So the workflow that eats a day of somebody’s week just keeps eating it.
Name one workflow that is eating your week. A few sentences is enough. No pitch, no commitment. You risk nothing to find out whether I am any good.
In the last six months, working solo, I shipped four production AI systems. An autonomous business-planning agent, a live multi-agent campaign platform, a wellness assistant with a memory that lasts, and a cohort-simulation tool. I am not theorizing about what AI can do for a business. I have been building it.
The trap
Hire a consultant and it runs $50K to $140K and three months before anyone touches the actual problem. Ask ChatGPT and it cheerfully tells you to automate everything, including the things you should not. Buy an off-the-shelf “AI tool” and you end up bending your business to fit its assumptions. Pick wrong and you have burned a quarter and a budget on AI theater that looks busy and changes nothing.
How I work
I built four production AI systems in six months, so when I tell you where AI will move your business and where it is just expensive theater, that is a builder’s read, not a salesman’s. I will tell you what is worth building, what is not, and a lot of the time, what you can do yourself without me. Then, for the part that is worth it, I build it, with your sign-off on every irreversible step. Strategy first. Then the build. The first read is free, because I only make money on builds worth doing.
The engagement
Strategy → BuildHouse rule · Agents draft. You decide. Every artifact carries a human signature.
The build engine
11 Agents · 1 CommanderWhen there is a build worth doing, you do not get a freelancer juggling browser tabs. You get a full staff of eleven AI agents working your problem, each one a distinct role with its own doctrine, its own tools, and its own list of things it will refuse to do. They draft, they analyze, they build. They do not authorize anything irreversible. That gate stays with you.
