Free AI Strategy Read: Name One Workflow
A free AI strategy read from Prahl AI Strategies is a no-cost first look at one real workflow you name in a few sentences. You get a plain-language read on whether to keep it, change it, or leave it alone — not a readiness quiz. Agents draft; you decide. If it fits, scope of work and pricing are set together after that conversation.
prahl.ai is my living CV and cool business card for how I work with AI. It is not a rate card. If you are here to see whether I am the right person for a real problem in your shop, start with one workflow. That is the free AI strategy read.
What you send
Name one real workflow in a few sentences. Something you or your team already do: intake, follow-up, a brief that keeps dying in a folder, a handoff that leaks, a decision loop that burns hours. You do not need a slide deck. You do not need a perfect brief. You need enough truth that I can see the work.
Send it through signup or the contact path on the site. If you already know which strategy lane you are in, say so. If you do not, just name the workflow.
What you get back
You get a plain-language strategy read on that one workflow: keep it, change it, or leave it alone. Not a scorecard. Not a personality quiz. Not a generic maturity model with your logo on the cover.
The point is a useful opinion on the work itself. Agents will help draft the read. I decide what ships. Same rule I run on my own stack: agents draft, you decide.
How this is different
This is not a quiz that grades your “AI readiness.” It is not a free trial of a product. It is a short strategy pass on one named workflow, then a conversation about whether building anything is worth it.
Most first hellos online try to sell a package before they understand the job. I start the other way. Strategy first. Build only if the read says the work is worth touching. If the honest answer is leave it alone, that is a good outcome.
What happens after
If the free AI strategy read says there is a fit, we talk about scope of work and pricing together. Nothing is published as a menu on this site. Pricing is unpublished on purpose. The business card gets you in the door; the conversation sets the work.
If it does not fit, you still leave with a clear keep / change / leave-it call on the workflow you named. No hard sell. No follow-up theater.
When you are ready to talk scope, use signup or contact from the site.
Who you are meeting
I am Hans Prahl. I live in Westcliffe, Colorado. I spent twenty-one years in Military Intelligence and retired as a First Sergeant after Company Command. I founded Florence Brewing Company as sole owner, ran it about eight years, and sold clean in August 2024. I am in the University of Denver Executive MBA, Cohort 84.
The through-line is operators, not consumers. I build systems that run on metal I control, keep memory visible, and keep a human fingerprint on one-way doors. Agents draft. I decide. If you want more of the story, start at about or the home page.
